About AutomatorsX
Training for people who would rather build the system than do the task again
Teach automation the way it is actually built
Most automation courses stop at the demo. The workflow runs once, on stage, with clean data — and then you are on your own the first time an API returns a 500 at two in the morning.
AutomatorsX teaches the whole thing: the happy path, the retries, the error branches, the credentials, and what to do when a provider changes its schema without telling you. Every course ships the workflow files, so you start from something that runs rather than from a blank canvas and a video you have to pause every ten seconds.
Real workflows
Downloadable, not screenshots
Failure first
What breaks, and the fix
A class, not a video
Private community per course
Bought, not rented
One payment, kept for good
What you get with every course
The same standard applies to all of them, whoever teaches it
The files, not just the theory
Workflow JSON, prompt packs and code, downloadable from the lesson that builds them. Import, run, break, adapt.
Built to survive contact
Rate limits, retries, idempotency and error branches are part of the lesson, not an advanced course sold separately.
Somewhere to ask
Every course has a private community for the people taking it. Questions get answered by the instructor and by classmates who hit the same wall last week.
Progress that is yours
Your place is saved lesson by lesson. Come back in three months and the player opens exactly where you stopped.
A certificate that verifies
Finish a course and a certificate is issued with a code anyone can check on this site. It is a record, not a graphic.
Look before you buy
Preview lessons are open on every course, and the full curriculum is public. Nothing about what you are buying is hidden until after payment.
The tools we actually use
Courses are taught on the tools that hold up in production: n8n and Make for orchestration, the model APIs for the thinking parts, and plain HTTP and webhooks for everything the vendors have not got round to yet. Where a tool is the wrong answer, the course says so.
What we stand for
No invented numbers
Ratings come from students who bought the course. The figures on this page are read from the catalogue. If a course has no reviews yet, it says so.
Buy it once
No subscription. A course you paid for stays on your account, including every update we make to it afterwards.
Nothing held back
The workflow files are part of the course, not an upsell. What is demonstrated is what you can download.
Answers from people
Questions in a course community are answered by the person who taught it, not by a bot trained on the transcript.
