Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 21, 2024
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AutomatorsX. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Important: These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and AutomatorsX. Please read them before enrolling.
2. Definitions
- "Course" refers to any course, lesson, learning path or downloadable resource published on this platform
- "Enrolment" refers to your right of access to a Course, granted when you buy it or when we grant it to you
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using our Services
- "Your Content" refers to anything you post in a community, and to whatever you build by following a Course
3. What Your Enrolment Includes
3.1 Your Access
Subject to these Terms and payment of the fee, enrolling in a Course grants you a personal, non-transferable right to:
- Watch and read that Course for as long as it remains on the platform, with no time limit on your enrolment
- Download its workflow files, prompt packs and code, and use them in your own work — including commercial work — without further payment
- Take part in the community attached to that Course
- Receive any updates we make to the Course afterwards, at no extra cost
3.2 What You May Not Do
You may NOT:
- Share your account, or give anybody else access to a Course you paid for
- Download, re-host, resell or redistribute the video or written material
- Republish a Course, in whole or in part, as your own training material
- Scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the platform
- Attempt to reach material you have not enrolled in
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change. Changes will not affect existing active licenses.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
5.3 Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Software, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
The course material — video, written lessons, workflow files, prompt packs and code — is owned by us or our instructors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our Software or brand.
6.2 Your Content
Whatever you build by following a Course is yours, including anything derived from the workflow files we supply. We claim no rights to it. Posts you make in a community stay yours; by posting them you allow us to display them to the people who can read that community.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting content that infringes somebody else's intellectual property
- Posting illegal, defamatory, harassing or deliberately misleading content in a community
- Attempting to disrupt or overload our systems
- Sharing course material with people who have not paid for it
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws
Warning: Serious or repeated breaches may result in access being withdrawn without a refund. Community rule-breaking is normally handled by removing the post first.
8. Third-Party Services
Courses teach third-party tools — n8n, Make, model APIs and similar — and following a lesson may mean creating an account with one of them and paying for its usage. Those services are governed by their own terms and priced by them, not by us. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or changes they make to their APIs after a lesson was recorded.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE COURSES AND THIS PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Software in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutomatorsX, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create using the Software
12. Updates and Modifications
We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Software ends immediately
- You must uninstall the Software from all devices
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt informal resolution
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Arbitration: Final binding arbitration under applicable laws
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
