About this course
Most "AI agent" tutorials stop at a demo that works once. This course covers the parts that make an agent survive real use: what to hand it, what to keep deterministic, how to handle the calls that fail, and how to keep the bill predictable.
You will build a support-triage agent end to end in n8n. It reads incoming messages, classifies them, drafts a reply, and escalates anything it is not confident about — with a human approval step you can actually trust.
Everything is built with the free, self-hostable n8n and an LLM API. No paid platform required.
